Lifesigns accepts many major insurance policies, most of which provide a wellness benefit that covers the exam cost. CT scans (in clinics where this is available) such as the cardiac score, lung scan and virtual colonoscopy are not covered by insurance. Costs for these tests are:

Cardiac calcium score - $100
Lung cancer screen - $250
Virtual colonoscopy - $550

Co-pays do apply.
Vision benefits may be separate.
Self-paying (cash) patients can expect to pay between $550-$600 for a base exam; additional tests may be recommended at additional cost.
