Health Risk Assessments (HRAs)

The foundation of any wellness program is the assessment of the current health risks in your employee population. Our onsite team will administer a comprehensive health risk assessment through a unique process that should result in 90% or greater employee participation without incentives. 

• Results in aggregate will be provided to your organization in comprehensive reports that will allow you to more effectively plan for your healthcare coverage. 

• Individual employees will receive their results personally and confidentially from our onsite wellness coach.
