Lifesigns is the leading multi-site provider of comprehensive, physician-managed physical examinations in the United States with a prevention mission that extends beyond clinics to lifestyle counseling and worksite coaching. Lifesigns partners with employers to provide onsite screening at the workplace and continuing support to manage identified risk factors through ongoing onsite wellness coaching.  

Currently operating in four major markets (Memphis, Nashville, Atlanta and Las Vegas), Lifesigns is dedicated to preventive medicine, health promotion and reduction of risks of chronic disease. Headquartered in Memphis, Tenn., Lifesigns was founded in 1992.
