Health Risk Assessment - Lifesigns offers a complete health risk assessment at the worksite or in our centers.  Lifesigns health risk assessment provides individual summary of findings and an aggregate report of findings for the employer.

On-site Screenings - Biometric testing and laboratory analysis (height, weight, body fat percentage, BMI, blood pressure and finger stick or blood draws) is performed by the Lifesigns’ on-site team or hospital affiliate.

Seasonal Flu Shots - A common component for many employers is the inclusion of annual seasonal flu shots, beginning in October of each year.

Health and Benefit Fairs - The Lifesigns team organizes or participates in health fairs and benefit events free of charge.  During these events, Lifesigns promotes the importance of periodic health assessments available through its clinical facilities.
