Patients of Lifesigns enjoy the benefits of preventive medicine along with follow-up care. All of our clinics are created with the patient in mind to make their experience, convenient, comfortable and comprehensive. Our staff is dedicated and friendly, which makes patient experience even better.
Our system of care begins with a comprehensive health assessment (the Lifesigns physical exam). The patient then returns at a later date to review the results of their exam with a Lifesigns nurse practitioner. If the patient has no other health resources (regular primary care physician) they may opt to come to Lifesigns for additional follow-up care. All patients have access to Mylifesignsmd.com, our secure online web portal for medical records and patient health tools.
