Lifesigns owns and operates medical facilities which provide comprehensive, time-efficient and
cost-effective prevention oriented primary care. Founded in Memphis in 1992 as a wellness center for local executives, Lifesigns now offers a prevention centered medical home for patients and a prevention partner for employer based wellness. Lifesigns is defining a new platform for preventive care and currently serves the Atlanta, Las Vegas, Memphis, Nashville and Raleigh markets.
Lifesigns is marketed through employers and reimbursed through health plan benefits. Lifesigns clinics provide physician-directed testing and consultation to identify developing health risks and appropriate long-term follow up.
